Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 888sama ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 888sama platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. 888sama reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  • These Terms are governed by applicable laws and international online gaming industry standards.
  • The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Malaysia; any translated version is for reference purposes only.
  • In the event of a conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Account Eligibility

To register and use 888sama, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • At least 18 years old or the minimum age required under your local laws, whichever is higher.
  • Residing in a region where participation in online betting activities is permitted.
  • Not listed on any betting self-exclusion program.
  • Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
  • Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

888sama reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts if any of the above eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, whether at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Upon registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and all balances being frozen pending investigation.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include:

  • Valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
  • Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement (not older than 3 months).
  • Bank statement or screenshot of the digital wallet account used for transactions.
  • Any additional information requested by the 888sama compliance team.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed, and any remaining balance and bonuses will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

888sama supports multiple local Malaysian payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, and more. All transactions are processed through a secure, integrated payment gateway.

  • Minimum deposit amounts depend on the selected payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
  • Deposits are processed instantly or within no more than 5 minutes for most payment methods.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and account KYC status.
  • First Withdrawal must processed to the same payment method used for your first deposit for verification purposes.
  • 888sama reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed the specified limits.
  • Any processing fees, where applicable, will be clearly stated before the transaction is confirmed.
  • 888sama is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Important Notice

Funds deposited into an 888sama account may only be used for betting and entertainment purposes. Any attempt to use the platform as a money transfer channel is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

888sama offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

  • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
  • Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering using bonus funds in excluded games will not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
  • 888sama reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of fraud or promotion abuse.
  • Unused bonuses that exceed the specified validity period will expire automatically without notice.
  • The maximum bet allowed when using bonus funds is RM50 per session or as stated in the specific promotion terms.

Game Rules

All games offered on 888sama operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified by internationally accredited independent bodies. Fair play is our top priority.

  • The outcome of each game is final once the round is fully completed.
  • Any technical interruption occurring during an active game round will be resolved in accordance with 888sama's technical disruption resolution policy.
  • In the event of a display error or software malfunction, 888sama reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player.
  • Players are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
  • For live casino games, additional rules set by the game provider also apply.

Prohibitions & Banned Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888sama platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

  • Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
  • Using a false identity or forged verification documents.
  • Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the game software or its outcomes.
  • Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Exploiting any bugs or software errors for personal gain.
  • Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward 888sama staff or other players.
  • Accessing the platform from regions prohibited under local law.

Account Closure & Suspension

888sama reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of any part of these Terms.

  • Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 888sama support team.
  • Before an account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements and incomplete KYC reviews must be resolved first.
  • Eligible real money balances will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days after verification.
  • Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for a refund of balance or bonuses.

Liability Limits

888sama shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
  • Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or system maintenance.
  • Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
  • Information provided by third parties through the 888sama platform.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy 888sama, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you agree to the data processing practices described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Your personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption at all times.
  • 888sama will not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  • You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
